New garden room in Somerset

A new garden room that provided an improved kitchen layout with views over the surrounding countryside.

This was a timber framed construction, highly insulated with a flat roof.  New decking was incorporated to maximise the use for the owners.

Planning permission was granted for a detached, single-storey newbuild on the edge of this village with far-reaching views over Wiltshire.

A SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) construction was chosen for the walls and flat roof due to the ease and speed of erection.  To this, robust internal and external finishes were specified to provide a highly efficient and durable construction for the owners.

A traditional design was chosen for this newbuild with views over Wiltshire that utilised modern SIP construction for ease and speed of erection.

New extensions, Somerset

To provide additional space to this historic building, new extensions are being added to the side and rear of the existing home to allow more efficient internal spaces to be configured with a large glazed living room being installed to provide views over the large rear garden.

In the expansive grounds of this existing manor house, a new infinity pool with associated services building and entertaining spaces are being constructed.
